Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hamara Hosting (Product of Sunlight IT), every project that we take, we ensure that each of our customers get the best of the services. However, there may be cases of dissatisfaction which could lead our customers to cancel their projects and request and refund from us. Keeping this in mind, Hamara Hosting has come along with a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy is inclusive of:

  • As you purchase a domain name, you become the owner of it and no one has the right to cancel it until and unless the duration of the domain term expires. Domain names are globally controlled by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) organization and we cannot cancel them once you have purchased it.
  • For the cancelation of any services including on-going website promotion, web hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven working days before.
  • Services will get renewed after a stipulated period of time, until they are cancelled. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your agreement before seven working days of the due renewal date.
  • No cancellation of special period offers or limited period offers.
  • Hamara Hosting reserves the right to reject your cancellation request and cancel your account without any notice.

Our Refund Policy is inclusive of:

  • We provide refund to our customers, in case if our services fail to match the customer expectation. All refunds will take minimum of 7 bank working days to process and it will be refunded in your account.
  • Any domain related services are not refundable. As you purchase the domain once, it is yours till the domain terms ends.
  • There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded.
  • Taxes are not refundable.
