Forwarding all emails in HamaraEmail can mean two different things: setting up a rule to automatically forward all incoming emails to another email address, or manually forwarding multiple existing emails. Here's how you can do both:
To Automatically Forward All Incoming Emails
1. Log in to your HamaraEmail account: Open your web browser, go to the HamaraEmail login page, and sign in with your credentials.
2. Access the Preferences Tab: Once logged in, go to the “Preferences” tab in the top menu.
3. Select Mail: In the left sidebar within the Preferences tab, click on “Mail”.
4. Find the Receiving Messages Section: Scroll down to the section labeled “Receiving Messages”.
5. Set up the Forwarding Address:
- In the “Receiving Messages” section, you should see an option for forwarding your mail. It will be a field where you can enter the email address to which all incoming emails will be forwarded.
- Enter the email address where you want to forward your emails.
6. Save the Changes: After entering the forwarding email address, look for a "Save" button at the top or bottom of the page to save your preferences.
7. Test the Forwarding Rule: It’s a good idea to send a test email to your HamaraEmail account to ensure that the forwarding rule is working correctly and that emails are being forwarded to the specified email address.
To Manually Forward Multiple Existing Emails
1. Log in and Select Emails: Log into your HamaraEmail account, navigate to your inbox or the folder containing the emails you wish to forward, and select the emails you want to forward by checking the boxes next to them.
2. Forward as an Attachment:
- With the emails selected, right-click on one of the highlighted emails or look for the "More Actions" or "Actions" menu at the top of the email list.
- Choose “Forward as Attachment” if available. This option will create a new email with the selected emails attached as .eml files.
3. Enter Recipient Information and Send:
- In the new email window, enter the recipient's email address, add any message if needed, and send the email.
