Accessing multiple email accounts with a single sign-in

In HamaraEmail, accessing multiple email accounts with a single sign-in can be facilitated through a feature known as "persona" or by setting up delegation or shared mailboxes. Here's how you can manage this:

 1. Using Personas
Personas allow you to send emails from multiple identities or aliases using one primary email account. This doesn't allow you to receive emails sent to different accounts directly, but it lets you manage different sending identities.

**Setting up a Persona in HamaraEmail:**
- Log in to your HamaraEmail account.
- Go to **Preferences** and then select **Accounts**.
- Click on **Add Persona**.
- Fill in the persona details, including the email address you want to appear as the sender.
- Save your settings.

When composing an email, you can select which persona to use as the sender.

### 2. Delegated Access
If you have administrative privileges or permissions, you can access and manage multiple email accounts directly. This is useful in professional settings where an assistant might need to manage emails for their supervisor.

**Setting up Delegated Access:**
- The owner of the email account must grant you access. They can do this by going to their **Preferences** > **Accounts** > **Delegates** and adding your email as a delegate with appropriate permissions.
- Once access is granted, you can add their account to your session. Go to your HamaraEmail account, click on your profile icon or initials at the top right, and you should see an option to **Add Account** or switch between accounts if already added.

### 3. Shared Mail Folders
You can also share specific email folders from one account to another. This is not full access to another email account but allows you to see and interact with emails in the shared folder.

**Setting up Shared Folders:**
- The owner of the folder needs to right-click the folder in their HamaraEmail interface, choose **Share Folder**, and set the sharing preferences including who to share with and the permissions.
- Once shared, you can access this folder from your account by adding a shared folder through your account settings.

Each of these methods suits different purposes, so the right one for you depends on your specific needs, such as whether you need to send as, receive, or manage emails from multiple accounts. For full access, delegated accounts are most appropriate, whereas personas are good for managing multiple sending identities.
